Definition
Moderate NDI: developmental test 2 standard deviations below norm; or CP with GMFCS 2; or moderate hearing or visual problems
Severe NDI: developmental test 3 standard deviations below norm; or CP with GMFCS 3-5; or severe hearing or visual problems (blindness)
