In neonatology, we are sometimes faced with neonates who receive first curative care , followed by palliative care treatment and comfort care in life limiting diagnosis. This complex process can be quite challenging for the parents and the whole team. We will describe a case of a complex genetic disorder where multidisciplinary care was needed
